Utilize advanced computer and information management skills to:

Manage executive schedules

Compile, maintain, and distribute classified and unclassified meeting materials.

Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, and status updates.

Track programmatic actions and deliverables using internal tracking systems.

Maintain attention to detail in a multi-project environment with frequent interruptions and competing priorities; ensure proper task prioritization.

Arrange and support secure and non-secure conferences and meetings (teleconferences, video teleconferences, in-person meetings).
-
Administer and enforce security procedures for access to controlled areas.
-
Oversee the secure management of classified and unclassified documents and materials.
-
Support the development and execution of Federal briefings, including preparing and uploading presentation materials and coordinating meeting logistics.

Record and develop technical meeting minutes, demonstrating the ability to comprehend and summarize complex technical topics effectively.
-
Coordinate with Federal and contractor staff to monitor and manage taskers, actions, and deliverables.

Draft and edit leadership-level correspondence and documentation, including briefing materials, memos, talking points, and formal reports.
