Description
Join JPMorgan Chase's Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) as an Agent Specialist Analyst, where you'll advise firmwide teams in designing and integrating AI Agents within their application architecture. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to drive priority outcomes and empower clients to implement agent-based solutions effectively. This role offers opportunities to develop your communication and stakeholder management skills in a collaborative environment.As an Agent Specialist Analyst in JPMorgan Chase's Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO), you will assist in providing foundational technical support to help internal clients design and implement agent-based solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance agent capabilities and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. You will contribute to creating best practices for Agentic Systems architecture and foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing foundational technical support to help internal clients design and implement agent-based solutions effectively.
- Aid the team lead in preparing materials and technical components for client engagements, ensuring a clear understanding of client needs and supporting the successful deployment and integration of agent solutions.
- Support the team lead in working with product and engineering teams to enhance agent capabilities and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Assist in the creation of best practices for Agentic Systems architecture and integration, focusing on performance monitoring, optimization, and evaluation.
- Support your manager in working with AI researchers, ML engineers, and software developers to advance the capabilities of Agentic AI.
- Learn and contribute to fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment that drives performance and professional growth.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Enthusiastic to learn multi-agent architectures and frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI.
- Excited about building or using LLM-powered Agentic solutions.
- Familiarity with developing, training, and deploying machine learning models, Gen AI models, and knowledge of model evaluation and optimization techniques.
- Basic understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), containerization technologies (e.g., Docker and Kubernetes), and microservices design, implementation, and performance optimization.
- Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics, including knowledge of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistical methods.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience or interest in Financial Services or other highly regulated industries.
