The Department of Real Estate & Urban Land Economics at the Wisconsin School of Business invites applications for tenure-track positions (Assistant Professor) beginning in August 2025. We are seeking a junior academic scholar whose expertise will drive the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into real estate finance and urban economics research and education. The Department of Real Estate & Urban Land Economics at UW-Madison is home to one of the world’s oldest and most prestigious undergraduate real estate programs, consistently ranked as the top program in the U.S. by US News & World Report. Established in 1925, the program offers undergraduate, MBA, MS, and Ph.D. degrees and is renowned for its breadth and academic excellence.
Requirements
Candidates with a new or anticipated PhD degree will have a research program underway that will likely result in publications in top-tier journals and demonstrable skills that suggest future excellence in teaching.
