Description
The School of Management at Zhejiang University, a premier institution recognized among the top universities in China, invites applications for tenure-track faculty positions (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor) in Marketing, starting from August 2026 or earlier. We offer a competitive remuneration package that includes a generous salary, research funding, and housing assistance. We are seeking candidates for positions in Consumer Behavior and Quantitative Marketing. We especially encourage applications from scholars with expertise in digital and artificial intelligence marketing, health marketing, and related fields. Candidates with academic backgrounds in economics and psychology are also strongly encouraged to apply.
Requirements
1. A Ph.D. (or expected completion by the time of appointment) in a relevant field from a distinguished institution.
2. A demonstrated commitment to excellence in research and teaching.
3. For Assistant Professor applicants: capability to produce research of top-tier marketing journal quality.
4. For more senior applicants: a proven record of high-impact scholarship (including significant published works), teaching effectiveness, and leadership in the academic community.
5. Associate and Full Professor candidates are expected to lead research initiatives, teach advanced courses, manage international or national research projects, and contribute to building a strong faculty team.
The School of Management is looking for faculty who will make substantial contributions to marketing research across a broad range of areas. The department offers an exciting, collaborative environment for researchers to engage with both academic and business communities.
