SoftServe, Inc. in Austin, TX seeks an Associate Delivery Director to be responsible for the success of the delivery function in the designated delivery unit and in charge of the successful delivery of projects for their portfolio for clients; balancing stakeholders involved to ensure clients are successful and the delivery unit achieves and exceeds the revenue and profit targets and operational efficiency within a business unit organization. Requires 5% domestic travel and 15% international travel to various unanticipated client locations.
