Overview:
We are expanding our Associates Program which is a unique approach for providing professional skills to engineering and development projects and other efforts supporting Aegis Aerospace business operations. Typically, such projects are of limited duration demanding expert talent for complex issues and problems. As such, these roles are not full-time employees but rather work in an on-demand capacity based on project needs.

As such, these roles are not full-time employees but rather work in an on-demand capacity based on project needs.
If you have experience in engineering, software development, or business development — specifically in defense, aerospace, or space-related programs — we want to connect with you.
Our associates play a critical role in supporting ongoing and future programs. We are seeking individuals across a range of skill sets and experience levels to join our network for current and upcoming opportunities.
Opportunities Available:
1. Engineering Programs (Denver & Houston)
- Skills:
- Software engineering development, simulation, testing, and integration
- Mechanical engineering design and structural analysis
- Specific Skills: Python, C++, Linux, CREO, DOORS
- Experience: SME with 15+ years
2. Commercial Systems Development Services- Webster
- Skills:
- Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Software Engineer, Mechanical Technician
- Specific Skills:
- Mechanical Engineer (Solidworks)
- Electrical Engineer (Altium)
- Software Engineer (C++, Python, and other common programming languages)
- Experience: SME with 15+ years — multiple opportunities with varying requirements
3. BD (Business Development)
- Skills:
- Business Development with operational experience and strong connections within USSF
- Specific Skills:
- Related to USSF / SSC (SMC) acquisition programs, SPOC operations, legacy USAF Space Command, USSPACECOM, ACC
- Experience:
- Subject Matter Expert with 15+ years in DoD and 5+ years in space programs
- Must have recent operational involvement along with BD experience
