What you can expect

To strengthen our team in Lingen we are looking for a

Business Analyst (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed insights on the interface of operational and financial metrics
• Act as a key interface between core business areas (ROSEN House Elements)
• Analyze operational performance metrics (both ad hoc and recurring)
• Monitor and evaluate performance indicators (KPIs)
• Provide reporting and consulting to middle and senior management
• Prepare and support business partners in strategic decision-making
• Standardize reporting processes and help shape internal Business Intelligence solutions, in close collaboration with the corporate controlling team
• Ensure stable and consistent reporting in close collaboration with internal software development
• Identify and document potential performance improvements
• Support the maintenance and improvement of data quality

What you will bring

• A successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, initial experience in business and/or financial controlling
• A strong affinity for IT and excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI
• Analytical thinking and a solid understanding of complex processes
• Strong sense of responsibility and a proactive working style
• Enjoyment in working within project teams
• Good presentation skills
• Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken
