Envision Physician Services has a full-time opening for an experienced Cardiac CRNA at HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital, located in Sanford, Florida.

Opportunity Details:

• Anesthesia Care team is comprised of 8 physicians and 17 Anesthetists
• 5,000 Annual case volume; 7 ORs
• Case mix: General, Ortho, Trauma, No OB
• $150hr rate for any time worked outside of scheduled week
• Case Mix Includes:
