Description
We have an exciting opportunity for you to advance your career in data governance and AI/ML innovation.As a Data Analytics Analyst within the AI/ML Data Governance Solutions Team, you partner with diverse teams to deliver impactful technical solutions. You help drive automation, advance data management practices, and support the implementation of innovative solutions that strengthen data governance and enable business success.
Job responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to support business decision-making
- Query, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using SQL to uncover insights and support data-driven initiatives
- Develop and automate data analysis workflows and models using programming languages such as Python or Alteryx
- Support data engineering activities by assisting with ETL processes, building data pipelines, and integrating data using tools like Alteryx
- Automate repetitive tasks and business processes through scripting and workflow automation tools to improve operational efficiency
- Contribute to AI/ML projects by supporting model development and implementation, and act as a consultant to advance effective AI/ML solutions
- Participate in data quality assessment, data lineage tracking, and metadata management to ensure data integrity and compliance
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Experience with programming languages such as SQL and Python
- Proficient in data visualization tools, such as Tableau
- Hands-on experience with analytical tools, e.g., Alteryx
- Knowledge of distributed file systems, such as SharePoint or Shared Drive
- Strategic thinking and planning skills with the ability to drive innovation
- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and presentation skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, legal, decision science, data management, or related field with one year of experience
- Experience working with technical concepts and technical staff
- Knowledge of PII, metadata, and other data management concepts
- Prior experience in Data Governance, Estimation/Modeling Development, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Risk, Controls, or Audit
