Objective of the Job
This position focuses on problem solving by implementing actionable data-driven business solutions, predicting emerging trends, and providing recommendations to stakeholders through data analysis and modeling.

Duties and Responsibilities
Uphold high integrity while supporting Safety, Environmental, and Quality Systems.
Identify business use cases in consultation with stakeholders, peers, and supervisors.
Analyze data requirements, create models, and provide solutions (combination of ML and Analytics).
Document processes and mentor team members.
Participate in setting up an analytics platform for Self-Service Analytics.

Requirements

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Analytics and the use of Machine Learning algorithms.
Demonstrated ability with visualization tools, ML frameworks, and related technologies.
Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to deliver projects on time.
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and analytics techniques.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Ability to work onsite or remotely from Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas, or Mississippi, with occasional onsite visits as needed.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not supervise others; however, the scope of the role may change as the organization grows.
