Position
Digital Engineer - MBSE
- Location: Dayton, Ohio
- Security Clearance: Active Clearance or Eligible to Obtain - U.S. citizenship required
- Salary: $70,000 - $125,000 Depending on Experience and Education
- Travel: 10%

Position Summary
SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a Digital Engineer - MBSE to support several DoD survivability programs. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities of Digital Engineer - MBSE
- Apply principles, theories and concepts related to the digital modeling of systems
- Utilize MBSE tools to model and capture program requirements, track performance metrics, manage system engineering processes, and develop complex system models
- Utilize MBSE tools such as Cameo to develop detailed models that integrate sub-system models
- Support eventual migration to SysML v2
- Enable/support development of automation capabilities and establishing a digital thread
- Collaborate across stakeholders including coworkers, customers, and government program partners
- Provide technical advice and guidance to managers regarding the creation and implementation of new MBSE methods and techniques
- Undertake other Systems Engineering duties as determined by manager or his/her delegate
Minimum Qualifications of Digital Engineer - MBSE
Bachelor's Degree in Technical Field of study or social science and 0-3 years of relevant experience. Candidates are not required to possess all qualifications; is you possess some of the desired qualifications, please apply.
Desired Experience
- Strong analytical, inference, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience with MBSE tools and languages
- OMG or ICOSE certifications
- Knowledge and experience of Digital Engineering concepts, methodologies, and tools
- Exposure to integrating MBSE across multiple organizations
- Experience leading MBSE teams and approach/implementation
- Strong coding and modeling skills that can be leveraged to interface with data sets
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Demonstrated ability to participate in small, dynamic teams and deliver products exceeding customer expectations
