Description

The School of Management at Fudan University, renowned as one of China's premier universities, is seeking candidates for faculty positions at the levels of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Full Professor, with appointments commencing no later than August 2026. Successful candidates will be offered a competitive remuneration package that includes salary, research funding, and housing assistance.

Positions are open in Quantitative Marketing, Consumer Behavior and Marketing Strategy. We particularly welcome applications from scholars specializing in the marketing of high-tech enterprises, artificial intelligence marketing, and related areas. Candidates with an academic foundation in economics or psychology are also encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Candidates must possess, or be nearing completion of, a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline from a distinguished academic institution. The successful candidate will be expected to teach both undergraduate and graduate-level courses, engage in high-caliber scholarly research, apply for research grants, and publish in leading academic journals.

For Associate Professor or Full Professor level: candidates must demonstrate a record of exemplary teaching and research. 

For Assistant Professor level: candidates must show a strong potential for research and teaching excellence.
