Manager PLM Solutions w/Zoox Inc. (Foster City, CA)

Manage, configure, customize, and support CAD integrations to 3DExperience/Enovia applications, and support internal users of 3DX Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software. Manage 3DX application team and support 3DX and CATIA engineering applications by working with Design Engineers to gather requirements and implement enhancements over out-of-the-box applications. Fix production issues related to 3DX and CATIA applications. Develop and integrate other IT applications for the 3DX application. Upgrade 3DX CATIA environment to latest version and develop new and enhanced methods and techniques to resolve complex technical problems. Develop and document test procedures and assist with unit, integration and regression testing activities. Work with cross-functional teams and execute testing across various case uses and scenarios within business unit processes. Contribute to overall planning of software projects, recommending approaches, identifying resources, and developing timelines. Analyze technical issues and communicate alternative solutions, achieving value added results and improving upon offered solutions. Identify, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and problems within the Enovia PLM system. Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting and ongoing day-to-day system maintenance. Provide end user support and training.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field. Requires 5 years of experience in a software engineer, solutions architect, or systems analyst position supporting Enovia PLM applications. Experience must include: Supporting Enovia PLM applications and implementations in the engineering sector; Providing customization of User Interface (UI) and engineering processes for out-of-the-box Enovia PLM applications in accordance with business requirements; Providing implementation of customized Enovia application solutions including supporting technical, functional, and production deployment issues; Develop and integrate PLM solutions by gathering business requirements and working across engineering teams to implement, deliver, and configure the system; and Utilizing Enovia / 3DExperience, CATIA v6, Java, Apache, SQL Server, and Linux technologies. Telework permitted within commuting distance to worksite. $185,000- $232,000/year
