You Bring:
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking

- Ability to work within teams including strong communication skills
- Degree in Business, Engineering, MIS/CS, Finance or Economic
- Academic track record; recommended GPA of 3.5 or higher
- Class of 2026
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
What You Will Do:
- Developing plans to link actions to value drivers/benefits that help organizations reach their goals.
- Working with teammates and clients to evaluate the best paths to achieve outcomes
- Driving concepts to completion through changes in processes and technology solutions.
- Providing summary materials to support decision making and critical conversations
- Planning and structuring tasks and activities into workplans to aid in communication and execution of projects
- Evaluating overall progress of projects and programs as well as recommending adjustments to reduce risk and deliver results
- Proactively identifying, capturing, categorizing and mitigating risks
