Description
Position SummaryThe Masood Lab at Indiana University School of Medicine are currently in need of a computational postdoctoral fellow. Highly motivated individuals with a PhD in computer science or bioinformatics are encouraged to apply.
We create statistical, machine learning, and deep learning approaches for the processing of this data, with a major focus on single cell, spatial transcriptomics of solid tumors. This has a variety of data, including cosmic, stereoseq, nanostring, 10X Visium, xenium and 10x single cell data. The ultimate goal is to find new treatment targets and learn more about the genetic abnormalities that underlie cancer.
