Principal Engineer, Software Engineering; Rockwell Collins Inc. d/b/a Collins Aerospace (Cedar Rapids, IA). Design, develop, document, test and debug control & diagnostic systms. Must have a bach degree or equiv in Comp Sci, Comp Eng’g, Electrical Eng’g or a rltd & at least 8 yrs of progressive exp as a Software Engineer in Aerospace/Defense (OR at least a master’s degree & 5 yrs of exp). Must have 5 yrs exp w/ use & application of software eng’g principles & techniques to perform software testing, integration, & trouble shooting in support of fielded products; safety critical product dev for Avionics/Aerospace domain; analysis of software systems of moderate to high complexity.
