Product Assurance Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Definition and maintenance of product assurance standards in accordance with customer requirements
• Being the focal point for all quality-related topics with the customer
• Management of the product assurance team of the project
• Coordination of experts for supporting product assurance tasks within the matrix organisation
• Planning and management of quality activities according to project specific requirements
• Supporting the planning and execution of SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, MPCBs, PCBs, IRRs, TRBs ARs and DRBs
• Planning and chairing of product assurance milestones (e.g. EQSRs, MRRs, TRRs and QRs)
• Preparation of the project audit plan and supporting the auditors during project audits
• Implementation and control of the non-conformance control process
• Organization and chairing project NRBs

Your Qualifications

• A degree in engineering, physics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in Product Assurance in the space industry or in monitoring of domestic and foreign suppliers
• Accustomed to making decisions and confidently communicating them with suppliers and customers
• A skilled and confident negotiator with excellent communication skills
• Flexibility, a strong sense of responsibility, and a proactive approach to work
• Ability to work independently with great organization and attention to detail
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel frequently
