Why We Hire

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to define and deliver next-generation agentic AI experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with AI research scientists and engineers to translate cutting-edge LLM advancements into innovative, user-friendly products. You will blend strong technical insight with product vision, user experience sensibility, and data-driven decision making to unlock new value for our customers.

Position Details

- Develop and communicate a bold product vision and roadmap for generative AI features and agent-based applications.

- Identify high-impact use cases for LLMs and define product strategies to address them.

- Lead end-to-end product development for AI-driven features - from concept and requirements through launch and iteration.

- Translate abstract AI capabilities (e.g., GPT-based agents) into concrete product requirements.

- Partner with LLM researchers, ML engineers, and designers on a daily basis to build and improve the product.

- Act as the bridge between the technical AI team and other stakeholders (product, business, marketing), translating research insights into product realities.

- Oversee the quality and reliability of AI features. Work with the AI teams to conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of LLM outputs.

- Act as an evangelist for generative AI within the company.

- Train and inform internal stakeholders about new AI capabilities and features.

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

- 5+ years of product management experience, including a track record of delivering successful AI/ML-powered products or features.

- Strong understanding of machine learning and AI concepts, especially in the LLM ecosystem.

- Familiarity with modern NLP and generative AI techniques; comfortable discussing model capabilities, limitations, and evaluation.

- Highly analytical and comfortable with data-driven decision making.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts in simple terms for diverse stakeholders.

- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence teams.

Desired Qualifications:

- Prior experience specifically with LLM-based products and familiarity with LLMOps and AI model evaluation techniques.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
