Tasks:

• Supporting the responsible project manager in the execution of national and international contracts in the product area
• Independent processing of small projects (lowest complexity without
• development component/subtasks/work packages)
• Participation in the performance- and quality-oriented planning and execution of the assigned project tasks within the cost and time frame
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary project team of employees from various departments
• Taking on subtasks from the project (e.g., managing individual work packages in coordination with the responsible project manager)
• Creating evaluations, reports, working documents, and documentation

Requirements:

• At least a technical degree or bachelor's degree (e.g., in business administration)
• Willingness to obtain Level C project management certification according to GPM standards
• Initial experience in the technical and commercial management of projects
• Initial experience in managing a project team
• Business fluent in spoken and written English and German
• Initial experience in a project environment, ideally in PMO, as a project assistant, change & communication management
• Independent and autonomous way of working
• Very good organizational and teamwork skills, communication skills, and assertiveness
• High intercultural competence and willingness to work in an international environment
