Tasks:

• Planning, implementing, and tracking projects
• Defining and tracking project structures
• Creating schedules
• Defining and agreeing on work packages
• Checking interim results based on milestones in the project process
• Checking and ensuring economic specifications and contractual obligations
• Checking the customer's specifications and supporting the customer in creating them if necessary
• Assisting in the preparation of quotations
• Follow-up support for projects
• Support for internal projects for damper development (e.g., supplier development)
• Tracking projects and coordinating special activities required by the customer
• Internally and externally
• Reporting tasks; i.e., provision/preparation of commercial data from your own area that is necessary for regular reporting

Requirements:

• Comparable qualification, at least a bachelor's degree
  or Mechanical engineering, at least a bachelor's degree
  or Industrial engineering, at least a bachelor's degree
  or Completed university degree, e.g., in automotive engineering, design/manufacturing engineering, or comparable
• Very good communication skills in cross-departmental collaboration
• Independent working style, coordination and integration skills, assertiveness
• Ability to integrate into a team
• At least 5 years of professional experience
• Experience in project work is an advantage
• MS Excel: detailed specialist knowledge
• MS Office: detailed specialist knowledge
• MS PowerPoint: detailed specialist knowledge
• MS Word: detailed specialist knowledge
• German: business fluent
• English: business fluent
