We are currently looking for a Senior Ecommerce and Marketing Analyst who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with our CRM and Marketing teams, your focus will be on CRM strategy and analytics, customer journey optimization, and leveraging data to improve performance. In this role, you will combine your analytical acumen with your appreciation for customer-centric marketing. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.
What you will do
- Analyze e-commerce metrics (sales, traffic, conversions) and customer KPIs and integrate these with our CRM tool, Iterable, to personalize customer journeys and maximize customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Create meaningful reports and dashboards using Google Analytics, Superset, or Excel to track CRM, CLV, and business performance metrics for senior management decision-making.
- Manage and optimize our CRM platform, Iterable, for audience segmentation, marketing automation, and retention strategies.
- Conduct customer data analysis with Google BigQuery to identify trends, predict KPIs (e.g., CLV, churn), and recommend targeted marketing tactics.
- Collaborate on A/B testing, email campaigns, and loyalty programs using CRM insights to boost customer engagement and CLV.
- Maintain and optimize databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for analytics and reporting.
- Monitor e-commerce trends and propose CRM and analytics enhancements to improve business outcomes.
- Support integration with advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) for tracking and campaign optimization.
What you should bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
- 2+ years in e-commerce analytics, marketing, or business analytics, with expertise in CRM systems.
- Proficient in Google Analytics 4, SQL (particularly Google BigQuery), and Excel; database maintenance experience is a plus.
- Experience in data visualization with tools like Tableau, Superset, or Power BI.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, customer journey mapping, KPI analysis, and business analytics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bonus: Familiarity with advertising platforms and/or programming skills (e.g., Python or R).
