Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team in Germany.

This is a combined delivery and business development role, focusing on servicing our clients in business transformation, process analysis, tactical and strategic decision making, and implementation of innovative technologies.

A key part of this role involves leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to build intelligent, data-driven solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design and marketing, to drive the product lifecycle from conception to launch.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and clients needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product quality, usability and compliance with relevant regulations
• Own product vision and roadmap; make strategic decisions on the product lines and families
• Lead workshops and discussions and help to develop the monetization of the platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define product features and specifications and create detailed product roadmaps
• Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch including market research, competitive analysis, client validation and product development
• Work closely with engineering, design and professional analytics teams to ensure delivery of platform requirements
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Conduct regular product reviews and adjust product strategy as needed based on market trends, client feedback and competitive landscape
• Lead or contribute to sales opportunities developing the best solution to solving the client problem

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management preferably in a technology-driven industry
• Solid understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) concepts including foundational models (e.g. LLMs like GPT, diffusion models etc.), prompt engineering, fine-tuning and evaluation techniques
• Demonstrated ability to assess and define GenAI-driven product opportunities ideally with experience integrating GenAI into customer-facing or internal products
• Ability to translate ambiguous GenAI capabilities into clear user value leveraging data, user feedback and ethical considerations
• Strong expertise in product management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum or Lean
• Fluent in German (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills in English
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services such as AWS, Azure or GCP is a plus
