As a Senior Product Manager, you'll lead cross-functional teams to define and deliver product strategies that align to market opportunities, drive customer value, and support business goals-steering the end-to-end product lifecycle and roadmap in a fast-paced, iterative environment.This is a 3-month initial contract.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for product updates, decisions, and strategic guidance
- Conduct market, competitive, business, and user research to identify opportunities and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Define long-term product vision and roadmap aligned with company and client objectives
- Break down product roadmaps into epics and tickets; map dependencies across disciplines to drive milestones
- Facilitate design and discovery workshops; lead prioritization and requirements elicitation
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Delivery to ensure successful development, launch, and adoption
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration; prioritize features and manage trade-offs for scope, quality, and timelines
- Establish and track KPIs; analyze data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Champion agile, metrics-driven, and customer-centric practices; enable rapid, high-quality feature releases
- Identify and mitigate risks with contingency plans to ensure product performance and delivery
- Provide thought leadership on product trends and best practices; mentor associate and mid-level PMs
- Improve product management processes, tooling, and standards to enhance team effectiveness
- Promote a strong product culture focused on experimentation, agility, and continuous learning
- Other duties as assigned
- 5+ years of experience leading technological projects for digital products, software design and/or development
- Proven track record owning end-to-end product lifecycle for products or suites with multiple features, complex requirements, and diverse stakeholders
- Strong understanding of web technologies, software development concepts, and APIs
- Experience leading discovery, prioritization, and requirements workshops
- Ability to quickly ramp up on new business domains
- Goal-oriented, autonomous, highly organized; effective both independently and in cross-functional teams
- Excellent consulting and communication skills; ability to build credibility with internal and external partners
- Skilled at pitching and articulating value to technical and non-technical audiences
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and globally distributed teams
- Proficiency with Figma and Miro (or similar) for wireframes and design collaboration
- Proficiency with Jira (or similar) for requirements and backlog management
- Nice to have: Project management experience; prior consulting experience; Agile certifications (Scrum Master/Product Owner); experience mentoring and team building
