Description
Your RoleAs a Senior Program Manager in the Data & Analytics Unit, you will identify, launch & steer innovative projects in the field of data foundations and data insights (including ML). In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and successful execution of multiple data-driven business innovation and transformation projects and programs with cross-functional and -organizational teams. You will interact with multiple business segments in building strategies to exploit and monetize data streams and co-design new innovative services and products as part of an interdisciplinary team. You will help collect learnings to be integrated into new projects. With your organiza-tional and project management skills, you will enable our experts to focus on technical, high-quality solutions. You will be an advocate of the vision, strategic objectives and work of the Enterprise Data and Analytics organization.
Your Profile
- An excellent university degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or in a related field
- At least 7 years relevant professional experience in a project management role, of which at least 2 in a (lateral) leadership role such as program manager or team lead
- Experience in a (management) consultant role is a plus, experience in digital transformation in B2B industry or IT Consulting is a plus
- Strong business acumen, understanding various aspects of data-driven business needs
- Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking and solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to acquire technical understanding of data analytics and machine learning
- Track-record of managing multiple complex and concurrent projects, project teams and stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with all levels of the organization and reach alignment in a complex stakeholder setting
- Sound understanding of change management mechanics and tools for digital transformation
- Pro-active and hands-on approach to challenges and getting things done mindset
- Experience in senior stakeholder management and outstanding communication skills Fluent English and German language skills
