In this role, you will own programs from ideation to release-aligning with strategic objectives, defining requirements, planning resources, and ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. This role is ideal for a business-savvy, cloud-native program leader with deep agile delivery expertise, cross-functional leadership skills, and a passion for data-driven products. Airline and media network experience is a strong plus.

• Lead & Mentor Teams - Manage and coach a distributed team of Scrum Masters, fostering a culture of high performance, ownership, and continuous improvement
• Manage Risks & Dependencies - Identify, track, and resolve program risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, enabling smooth delivery
• Oversee Budgets & Vendors - Manage program budgets, procurement processes, contractor onboarding, and vendor/partner relationships with transparency and fiscal accountability
• Elevate Agile Practices - Establish and refine standardized frameworks, best practices, and reporting tools to scale agile delivery across team
• Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with product, technology, analytics, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and transparent communication. Work closely with business and product teams to manage their priorities and tasks
• Align Technology & Strategy - Maintain a strong understanding of Customer 360, identity management, and Kinective media network technologies to anticipate challenges and translate strategy into actionable plans.
