ポジション概要

• プロジェクト管理において高度なスキルを持つ専門家として,深い知識や知見を活かし,自立して業務を遂行し,複雑な課題を解決するとともに,プロジェクト管理分野の知見を他者に伝える役割を担います.
• ほとんど指示を受けることなく,1つ以上の非常に複雑なプロジェクトの遂行を主導します.
• 指導役(コーチ)として2名以上のAssociate/Intermediateレベルのプロジェクトマネージャーを支援します.

必須の業務および役割

プロジェクトの立ち上げ:

• プロジェクト運営委員会(ステアリンググループ)を設置し,プロジェクト憲章(チャーター)を通じて,プロジェクトの成果目標や進め方について関係者の合意を得る.
• Juniorプロジェクトマネージャーが担当するプロジェクトの立ち上げプロセスを監督• 管理する.

プロジェクトの計画:

• 財務計画,リソース見積もり,ベンダー管理,要件定義など,QVC Group ITの要件を反映した,SDLC(システム開発ライフサイクル)全体をカバーするプロジェクト計画を作成する.
• Juniorプロジェクトマネージャーが作成した計画をモニタリングし,改善のための提案を行う.

プロジェクトの遂行:

• 決められたプロジェクトの範囲,スケジュール,コスト,品質に基づいて,チームを編成• 管理し,プロジェクトを遂行する.プロジェクトの進め方としてアジャイル手法が採用された場合には,プロジェクトマネージャーがスクラムマスターの役割を兼任することもある.

リスク管理:

• プロジェクトのライフサイクル全体を通じてリスクを特定• 監視し,適切な対応策が確実に計画• 実行されるようにする.
• 複数プロジェクトからなるサブポートフォリオのリスク評価において,ディレクターを支援する.

監視と管理:

• 自身が担当するプロジェクトおよびJuniorプロジェクトマネージャーが担当するプロジェクトの進捗やパフォーマンスを追跡• 確認• 管理する.決められたプロジェクトの範囲,スケジュール,コスト,品質に変更が生じた場合は,適切な承認を得て,プロジェクトの計画を立て直す. 追跡• 管理として,定められたドキュメントに記載し,必要に応じて都度,ステアリング• コミッティーの承認を得て,証跡として残す.

プロジェクトの完了:

• プロジェクトが決められた範囲と品質で完了していることを確認し,運用部門への引き継ぎを積極的に管理する.振り返りを実施し,その結果を共有する.財務面での精算処理を行う.
• Juniorプロジェクトマネージャーが担当するプロジェクトについても,適切に完了処理が行われているかを監視する.

応募資格

• 必要な学歴:

学士号(BA/BS)または同等の学歴.PMP(Project Management Professional)資格があると望ましい

• 必要な経験:

IT分野での関連業務経験が10年以上あること.そのうち,プロジェクトマネジメントの経験が5年以上あること

• あれば望ましい経験:

倉庫管理システムや物流システムなどの導入,保守,オペレーションなどの経験
