Join our Strategic Planning team within Group Strategy at KWS and help us drive long-term value creation in a dynamic global landscape. As a Strategic Project Manager at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that support KWS' vision of resilient and sustainable agriculture. The place of work is in Einbeck (Lower Saxony, Germany) or in Berlin. The contract is full-time and unlimited.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive the global strategic planning process to define KWS' long-term vision and objectives.
• Lead and support cross-organizational projects aligned with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful project delivery.
• Facilitate transparent communication across stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Enhance KWS' global innovation frameworks, including governance and operational tools.
• Identify and conceptualize long-term market opportunities through trend and competitive analysis.
• Strengthen Group Strategy's role as a value-adding function across the organization.

Your Profile:

• Post-graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
• Solid experience in strategy development and implementation.
• Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to build trusted advisor relationships.
• Strong project management capabilities across diverse teams and regions.
• Understanding of agricultural inputs and market dynamics is a plus
• Fluent in English; additional languages, especially German are a plus.
• Analytical thinker with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
