Michigan Technological University, in the College of Forest Resources and Environmental Science (CFRES) invites applicants for a tenure-track faculty position in Environmental Data Science and Biostatistics. CFRES is a collaborative academic unit with strengths across forestry, wildlife, ecology, genetics, and environmental science. The successful candidate will contribute to our new B.S. program in Environmental Data Science and lead a research program in data science that complements CFRES disciplines.

Requirements

A Ph.D. in a field related to environmental data science, biostatistics, or similar disciplines. Evidence of scholarly productivity, commensurate with the candidate’s experience level, with a research emphasis related to environmental data science and the potential to generate external grant funding for this work.
